RISE Greenford is a group of professionals and volunteers planning to launch a charitable project for Reaching the ISolated Elderly (RISE) in September 2010.

We aim to tackle isolation and social exclusion amongst our local elderly.

RISE Greenford has a great vision, achievable plans and a proven track record as part of the well established charity Regenerate-RISE in Roehampton and Putney.
